2015-2016 Irish Landscapes
A visit to the Emerald Isle in 2014 inspired a series of paintings that sought to capture the unique coastline and the Burren, a desolate moonscape not far from Galway.

2022 Utrecht 900-Year Suite
In 2022, I had the honor of collaborating with composer Johan van der Voet on a commissioned 15-minute suite for the city of Utrecht—a sonic tribute we composed, performed, and produced to celebrate nine centuries of history, culture, and spirit. After several months of work, the piece was presented in November 2022 on the 900th anniversary of the township.

Below, enjoy an UNOFFICIAL music video of the full score I put together to give some picture reference for what we were trying to do. I've also included some shots from the recording studio.

There is also a short but intimate documentary about creating the score below. (ENG/NL 2022)

2018-2020 Paintings of Utrecht
The first home I had in the Netherlands was near Wilhelmina Park in Utrecht. The small but beautiful park inspired a few small paintings that tried to capture the spirit of the township.

2013-2015 Sideshow Banners
Visiting the annual NC State Fair as a kid I wasn't allowed in the freakshow tent, which made those crazy sideshows all the more compelling. Decades later, I spent a couple of years creating huge, two-meter-wide canvases of my own - often painted outside. They sold well, so all I have are these photos, taken before they were shipped all over the world to collectors and patrons.

2019-23 BEAT Plastic Waste

Since 2019, I've been working with Rogier De Nijs, a Dutch environmental activist and musician who makes musical instruments from discarded plastic.

This video promotes his latest tour programme -I love how unique, inspiring and affecting his work is.

This video was created to explain this art project using plastic waste, which combines his passions for his community, his music, and his message of environmental awareness.

Over the years, we have come together time and again to make media, promote performances, and spread the word about plastic pollution - I believe in his mission and I'm proud to be a part of it.
2019 The Phoenix Lights Project
